• Lead a team of four on the global rollout of a new trading UI that replaces a legacy desktop client, with business logic moved into Java services behind a lightweight web interface.
• Designed a Java tool that moved FX trades between jurisdictions, cutting run time by about 70% so migrations fit inside trading hours.
• Built an internal developer portal that cut routine admin tasks from minutes to seconds, adopted by several other teams.
• Built a multi-threaded traffic simulation framework that finds bottlenecks before releases reach production.
• Provide Level 3 production support, and mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
